I practice esoteric acupuncture pioneered by Dr. Mikio Sankey.  This style of acupuncture balances the body on multiple levels to support healing, transformation, and revelation.  Esoteric means hidden.   Esoteric acupuncture activates acupuncture points with needles (or with essential oils) in geometric configurations to reveal what is hidden within you.  This practice transforms your point of view, state of being, and overall health.   

I have over a decade of experience counseling for existential crises, grief and loss, decision-making and goal setting.   I incorporate therapeutic space into your appointment prior to and after an acupuncture session  to allow for insight, processing and integration.

I am a board certified pediatrician and have three children of my own.  I believe that the relationship between parent and child is sacred, and I am here to support your family as you discern how to raise children that thrive.   

Do you feel unsupported in seeking out integrative solutions?  I intimately know both Western Medicine and many Integrative modalities.   I  can support you in navigating the integrative world and provide consultation around nutrition, supplements, and energetic medicine including acupuncture.   

I have experience providing acupuncture and acupressure  to hospitalized children and young adults dealing with many varieties of symptoms, and I worked in a chronic pain clinic utilizing acupuncture to support teenagers with chronic pain, anxiety and depression.

I am a board certified in hospice and palliative medicine and have worked with children, adults and elders who face serious illness and their own mortality. I have expertise in medical marijuana and have received training as a psychedelic therapist.  I believe that we all have individual work to do in our lives.  I can help you uncover what is most important and provide  navigation through the dark landscape of illness.
